DAY 1

Marrakech to Ouzoud Waterfalls

We begin our tour by driving towards Midelt in the Atlas Mountains, passing through picturesque Berber villages en route to the Ouzoud Waterfalls.

After exploring this stunning natural scenery at the Ouzoud Waterfalls, where you can encounter monkeys amidst olive and fig trees, we will continue our journey through the Atlas Mountains to reach the beautiful Ait Bouguemez Valley.

There's an opportunity to take a walk through the Berber villages nestled in this valley.

DAY 2

Ait bougmaz to Dadess valley 

we embark on a journey towards the Boutaghrar Valley, passing through two mountain passes reaching altitudes of 3100 meters.

In Boutaghrar, we pause for lunch amidst the lush green valley beside the Boutaghrar River.

After lunch, we continue our off-road adventure through the High Atlas Mountains, marveling at their vibrant colors and encountering opportunities to visit Berber nomads living in caves.

Later, we arrive at the Dades Valley with its breathtaking gorges.

DAY 3

Dadess to Merzouga desert

We will head towards the Dades and Todra Gorges, with an opportunity to explore the picturesque Todra Valley on foot. Following this, our journey continues to Ksar Khorbat and the Berber Museum, providing insights into local life. Lunch will be served there. Afterwards, we will proceed to the highest dunes in Morocco, passing through Erfoud city and numerous ksours (old villages). Experience a camel ride to the top of the dunes for a breathtaking sunset in the desert. Later, return to your camp by camel for dinner, under the stars with music around the fire, and spend the night in a luxury Berber tent at the foot of Erg Chebbi.

JOUR 4

Merzouga to Ouarzazate 

We depart from the desert, traversing the rugged and historic Saghro, Anif, and Tazzarine mountains, known for being the filming location of Babel. Our journey concludes near the expansive Draa Valley, specifically in Agdz amidst the Draa palm grove. Following the ancient caravan route, we arrive at Ksar Tamnougalt, a 16th-century fortress once used for protection and defense, where we will explore in the afternoon. Afterwards, we traverse the diverse landscapes of the Anti Atlas mountains to reach Ouarzazat, where we will spend the night at a hotel.

JOUR 5

Ouarzazate to marrakech 

After breakfast, we will embark early to visit Ait Ben Haddou, Southern Morocco's most exquisite ksar, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and renowned for its use in numerous films including Gladiator. Our journey continues along the Salt Road, historically traveled by caravans exchanging silver, slaves, and goods for salt from the mines. We will pass through Berber villages and the picturesque Ounila Valley en route to the splendid Telouet Kasbah, recently restored and adorned over three years by more than 300 artisans during the reign of Pasha Glaoui. Following lunch, we will return to Marrakesh via the Tizi N’tichka pass, concluding our Morocco Sahara tour.
